Our outreach ministries provide outreach and service to the community, and fully display our Catholic values in the public sphere. Please contact our parish office if you’re interested in volunteering for these ministries.

Elizabeth Ministry

A maternal support group with a focus on the joys and sorrows on childbearing, childrearing, pregnancy, miscarriage, infant/child death, crisis or special needs, and more.

Hesed House (PADS)

Minister to the homeless by cooking and serving food on the first Saturday of the month. St. Rita’s has two teams of volunteers, where each team works 6 times in the year.

Interfaith Food Pantry

Volunteers collect food from St. Rita’s donations and drive to the various food pantries to deliver the food. Drivers needed.

MOMS Group

A maternal social group which explores the spirituality and calling of being a mother.

Prison Ministry

Counsels and provides healing for inmates at prisons.

Raphael Wellness Ministry

Ministry which works to promote individual growth and empower individuals through the struggles of life by providing information, events, and resources, and addressing issues such as stress, family life, unemployment and more.

St. Vincent DePaul

Minister and provide assistance to those less fortunate. Volunteers collect donated items such as clothing or furniture from St. Rita’s and deliver them to the St. Vincent DePaul warehouse. Contact St. Vincent DePaul Society 630-892-6186.
